Should YOU Be Taking Fish Oil Tablets?

Sound pretty good? The AHA actually suggests minimum amounts of Omega 3 fats that we should be getting in our diets.

But there’s more. More Omega 3 fatty acids, that you get through taking daily fish oil tablets, will help your depression.
